We thoroughly enjoyed attending the Hart District Council Low-Cost Home Ownership event on Monday the 12th June in Fleet.
It was a great opportunity for prospective homebuyers to talk to industry experts about the range of low-cost housing available. Visitors enjoyed free initial advice from solicitors and financial advisers and could speak with staff from Hart's housing team to see if home ownership would be suitable for them.
There was much interest in our forthcoming shared-ownership properties in Odiham due to launch next year.
We hope that by attending events such as these, we can inspire more people to take their first step on the property ladder through shared ownership.
