Shanly Partnership Homes is part of the Shanly Group, and a sister company to the highly successful Shanly Homes.

Established in 1969 by our chairman, Michael Shanly, to provide high-quality houses and apartments across the Home Counties and Greater London, Shanly Homes is now one of the leading property development companies in the South East.

Realising a need for high-quality shared-ownership homes, the Shanly Group founded Shanly Partnership Homes to deliver the same attention to detail and high specification synonymous with the Shanly brand to the shared-ownership market.

Shanly Partnership Homes was granted Registered Provider status in March 2012 and since then, we have delivered new shared-ownership homes across the Home Counties.

Shanly Partnership Homes is a registered developer with the New Homes Quality Board and our Registered Provider status means we are regulated by a government body.

The Shanly Group also has a commercial property investment and management business, Sorbon Estates, and through this arm we are able to manage the rental aspect of our shared-ownership homes, offering consistency between construction handover, sales completion and rental arrangements.

  • We specialise in providing high quality homes for sale on a shared ownership and shared equity basis across Greater London and the Home Counties
  • SPH offer homes for sale in partnership with local authorities and the government sponsored Help to Buy agent
  • Details of the homes we are currently marketing along with eligibility criteria to purchase can be found on the Help to Buy website
  • Our local authority partners sometimes prioritise applications to purchase our homes and give priority to local people and those in greatest need. The Help to Buy website includes useful advice for potential shared ownership/shared equity purchasers

  • Shanly Partnership Homes was formed in 2012 to offer shared ownership, Shanly quality homes to the shared ownership market
  • Shanly Partnership homes are built by Shanly Homes (part of the Shanly Group of Companies) which was founded in 1969 by our Chairman, Michael Shanly
  • Since its formation, Shanly Partnership Homes have sold 65 new shared ownership homes from 13 development sites across the Homes Counties
  • Shanly Partnership Homes was one of the first private house builder registrations
