Who is my contact after completion?

The Handover Pack that you receive upon completion contains the finer details of our customer care responsibilities as well as recommended ways to maintain your new shared ownership home. Your home will have been thoroughly checked prior to completion, but occasionally matters can arise once the home is occupied.

Your brand new shared ownership home benefits from a 10 year warranty which covers any major defects in construction.

The first two years of your warranty are covered by a Shanly Homes warranty and during this time, should you encounter any problems that are causing you concern, our regional Customer Care team are available during normal office hours. We have a formal customer service process in place to ensure that your enquiry is dealt with within an estimated timescale. Our team will always aim to be professional, efficient and helpful in dealing with any problem.
